What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead and manage the overall functioning of the emergency department.
- Ensure timely and efficient patient care in emergency and trauma cases.
- Supervise emergency medical staff including doctors, nurses, and paramedics.
- Develop and implement emergency protocols, policies, and clinical guidelines.
- Handle critical and life-threatening cases and support the team in decision-making.
- Coordinate with other departments for referrals, admissions, and critical care support.
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- 1 to 5 years of experience in obstetrics and gynecology.
- A DGO qualification.
- Strong communication and patient counseling skills.
