What You'll Be Doing:
- Analyze clinical samples (blood, urine, sputum, swabs, etc.) for identification of microorganisms.
- Interpret culture and sensitivity reports for accurate diagnosis.
- Guide clinicians on appropriate antimicrobial therapy.
- Monitor hospital infection control practices and antibiotic stewardship programs.
- Supervise microbiology lab operations, including sterilization and quality control.
- Ensure compliance with NABL/NABH standards and laboratory protocols.
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- 3 to 5 years of work experience in a relevant field.
- An MD in Microbiology.
- Strong communication, analytical, attention to detail, and diagnostic skills.
