About the Role:
Join Lupin Diagnostics Limited as the HOD-Microbiology and lead our department to excellence.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Manage microbiology department operations efficiently.
- Oversee the processing and analysis of clinical specimens (blood, urine, cultures).
- Validate and authorize microbiology reports to ensure accuracy.
- Implement and monitor infection control and antibiotic stewardship programs.
- Ensure compliance with NABL/NABH accreditation standards.
- Supervise laboratory staff, including microbiologists and technicians.
