About the Role: Join Sarvodaya Hospital as a Neonatologist and provide specialized care for neonates in NICU and special care units.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Manage preterm, low-birth-weight, and critically ill newborns.
- Perform neonatal resuscitation and emergency interventions.
- Monitor vitals, lab reports, and treatment plans.
- Coordinate with a multidisciplinary team including nurses, pediatricians, and anesthetists.
- Counsel parents on neonatal care, nutrition, and treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate NICU records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with NICU protocols, infection control, and safety standards.
- Participate in clinical audits, research, and teaching programs.
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- 10 to 15 years of work experience in neonatal care.
- Strong time management, record keeping, leadership, and communication skills.
