About the Role:
Join our dedicated team as a Neonatologist at MGM Sevenhills Hospitals, providing specialized care for neonates in our NICU and special care units.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Provide specialized care for neonates in NICU and special care units.
- Manage preterm, low-birth-weight, and critically ill newborns.
- Perform neonatal resuscitation and emergency interventions.
- Monitor vitals, lab reports, and treatment plans.
- Coordinate with a multidisciplinary team, including nurses, pediatricians, and anesthetists.
- Counsel parents on neonatal care, nutrition, and treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate NICU records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with NICU protocols, infection control, and safety standards.
- Participate in clinical audits, research, and teaching programs.
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- DNB/DM qualification.
- 0 to 3 Years of work experience.
- Excellent time management, record keeping, team leadership, and communication skills.
