What You'll Be Doing:
- Provide advanced medical care and supervision for adult inpatients in the general medicine department.
- Conduct thorough clinical assessments, review patient histories, and interpret diagnostic tests.
- Manage acute and chronic medical conditions, including emergencies, under consultant guidance.
- Supervise and mentor junior residents, RMOs, and medical interns in clinical duties.
- Participate in ward rounds, case discussions, and patient management planning.
- Prescribe medications, monitor treatment outcomes, and adjust management plans as needed.
- Maintain accurate patient records, progress notes, and treatment documentation.
