About the Role:
Join Balaji Action Hospital as a Sr. Resident - Endocrinology, where your expertise contributes to excellent patient care.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Diagnose and manage patients with endocrine and metabolic disorders.
- Conduct detailed patient evaluations, review laboratory results, and interpret hormonal assays.
- Develop individualized treatment plans, including medication and lifestyle interventions.
- Monitor patients’ progress and adjust therapy based on response and lab parameters.
- Assist in endocrine procedures like fine-needle aspiration and insulin pump management.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation of investigations.
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- DNB in Endocrinology.
- 1 to 5 years of work experience
- Strong communication skills, decision-making ability, and self-motivation.
