About the Role:
Join our team as a Consultant Anaesthetist, playing a crucial role in patient care and surgical success at Bai Jerbai Wadia Hospital for Children.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Evaluate patients before surgery to determine the appropriate anaesthesia plan.
- Administer general, regional, or local anaesthesia based on surgical requirements.
- Monitor patients' vital signs during procedures and adjust anaesthesia accordingly.
- Manage pain relief during and after surgeries, ensuring patient comfort.
- Handle emergency situations including adverse reactions to anaesthesia.
- Supervise and train junior doctors, anaesthesia technicians, and medical staff.
- Maintain detailed medical records of anaesthesia procedures and patient responses.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety regulations.
