About the Role:
Join Balaji Action Hospital as a Sr. Resident-ENT in Bahadurgarh, Haryana.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Provide advanced care for patients with disorders of the ear, nose, throat, head, and neck.
- Assist consultants in ENT surgeries and procedures such as Tonsillectomy and Myringotomy.
- Conduct detailed patient assessments, clinical examinations, and review diagnostic tests like audiometry, endoscopy, and imaging.
- Supervise and mentor junior residents, RMOs, and interns in ENT patient care and procedures.
- Participate in ward rounds, case discussions, and surgical planning meetings.
- Monitor post-operative patients, manage complications, and update treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate patient records, operative notes, and follow-up documentation.
