About the Role:
Join Balaji Action Hospital as a Sr. Resident in Neuro Surgery, where you'll have a significant impact on patient care.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Assist in diagnosing and managing patients with neurological and neurosurgical disorders, such as brain tumors, spinal injuries, and vascular malformations.
- Participate in pre-operative evaluation, planning, and patient counseling.
- Assist in neurosurgical procedures including craniotomies, spinal surgeries, and minimally invasive interventions.
- Monitor post-operative patients in wards and ICU for complications.
- Interpret imaging studies such as CT, MRI, and angiography relevant to neurosurgical cases.
- Maintain detailed patient records, operative notes, and follow-up documentation.
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- DNB in Neurosurgery.
- 1 to 5 years of relevant experience.
- Skills in communication, decision making, self-motivation, and patient care.
