About the Role: Join us as a Sr. Resident in Anaesthesia, contributing to exceptional patient care at Dhanalakshmi Srinivasan Medical College And Hospital (DSMCH).
What You'll Be Doing:
- Administer anesthesia safely for surgical, diagnostic, and emergency procedures.
- Evaluate patients pre-operatively and plan appropriate anesthesia management.
- Monitor patient vital signs and adjust anesthesia during procedures.
- Manage airway, ventilation, and perioperative pain control.
- Provide post-operative care and monitor recovery in the post-anesthesia care unit (PACU).
- Assist consultants in complex anesthesia procedures and emergency situations.
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- DNB Anesthesia qualification.
- 1 to 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong communication skills, decision-making abilities, self-motivation, and a focus on patient care.
