About the Role: Join our team as a Senior Resident in Emergency Medicine at Dhanalakshmi Srinivasan Medical College and Hospital (DSMCH) in Perambalur, Tamil Nadu.
What You'll Be Doing: Provide immediate assessment, stabilization, and treatment of patients in the emergency department. Manage acute medical, surgical, trauma, and critical care cases efficiently. Perform emergency procedures such as intubation, central line insertion, and resuscitation. Monitor patients’ vital signs and coordinate care with ICU, surgical, and specialty teams. Maintain accurate patient records, case notes, and documentation of emergency interventions. Supervise junior residents, interns, and emergency medical staff during shifts.
Our Ideal Candidate Has: DNB in Emergency Medicine with 1 to 5 years of work experience. Strong communication skills, decision-making abilities, self-motivation, and a commitment to patient care.
