What You'll Be Doing:
- Provide comprehensive medical care to OPD & IPD patients.
- Diagnose, treat & monitor patients with medical illnesses.
- Handle medical emergencies and stabilize critical patients.
- Coordinate referrals and consultations with other specialties.
- Supervise junior residents, interns & nursing staff.
- Maintain clinical documentation & discharge summaries.
- Participate in ward rounds, audits & academic activities.
- Ensure compliance with hospital protocols & NABH standards.
- Counsel patients and families regarding diagnosis & treatment plans.
- Participate in research, CMEs & quality improvement initiatives.
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- MD/DNB in General Medicine.
- 0 to 5 years of work experience.
- Strong teaching knowledge and good communication skills.
- Attention to detail and decision-making skills.
