About the Role: As an Anaesthetist, you will evaluate patients before surgery and administer anaesthesia as needed to ensure their safety and comfort.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Evaluate patients before surgery to determine the appropriate anaesthesia plan.
- Administer general, regional, or local anaesthesia based on surgical requirements.
- Monitor patients' vital signs during procedures and adjust anaesthesia accordingly.
- Manage pain relief during and after surgeries to ensure patient comfort.
- Handle emergency situations such as adverse reactions to anaesthesia.
- Supervise and train junior doctors and medical staff.
- Maintain detailed medical records of anaesthesia procedures.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety regulations.
