What You'll Be Doing:
- Diagnose and treat cancer patients using radiation therapy techniques.
- Develop individualized radiation treatment plans based on patient diagnosis and staging.
- Coordinate with medical oncologists, surgical oncologists, and other specialists for comprehensive cancer care.
- Supervise and guide radiation therapists and oncology staff during treatment procedures.
- Monitor patients’ response to radiation therapy and manage treatment side effects.
- Review imaging reports, pathology results, and diagnostic tests for accurate treatment planning.
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- 1 to 5 years of experience in radiation oncology.
- MD in Radiation Oncology.
- Strong communication skills, decision-making ability, patient counseling expertise, and team collaboration.
