About the Role:
Join Fortis Hospital - Greater Noida as a Senior Resident in Critical Care, where your contributions will directly impact patient care and ICU management.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Manage critically ill patients in ICU under consultant guidance.
- Perform detailed patient assessment, monitoring, and daily progress notes.
- Handle airway management, intubation, and ventilator support.
- Manage emergencies and participate in Code Blue situations.
- Insert and manage arterial lines, central venous lines, and other ICU procedures.
- Interpret ABG, ECG, imaging, and laboratory reports.
- Assist in sepsis management, shock management, and organ support.
- Coordinate with nursing staff and allied departments.
- Communicate patient updates to consultants and families.
- Ensure adherence to ICU protocols, infection control, and patient safety norms.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
- Participate in clinical audits, teaching, and academic activities.
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- MBBS/DM qualification.
- 0 to 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong multitasking, communication, time management, and teamwork skills.
