What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead the Orthopedics department in academic, clinical, and administrative functions.
- Perform complex orthopedic surgeries and manage high-risk cases.
- Teach and mentor MBBS, MS/DNB students as per NMC curriculum guidelines.
- Guide postgraduate dissertations and research projects.
- Ensure compliance with NMC norms and accreditation requirements.
- Participate in academic activities such as CMEs, conferences, and seminars.
- Monitor surgical outcomes and patient safety protocols.
- Contribute to hospital policy-making and strategic clinical development.
