About the Role:
Join Vadamalayan Hospitals in Dindigul as a Surgical Oncologist and help make a significant impact in patient care.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Diagnose and manage patients with benign and malignant tumors requiring surgery.
- Plan and perform complex oncologic surgeries, including tumor resections and reconstructive procedures.
- Evaluate patients preoperatively and develop individualized surgical treatment plans.
- Monitor patients postoperatively and manage complications.
- Collaborate with medical oncologists, radiologists, pathologists, and multidisciplinary tumor boards.
- Participate in emergency surgical care for cancer-related complications.
- Mentor and supervise surgical residents, fellows, and support staff.
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- MCh in Surgical Oncology.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong communication, decision-making, self-motivation, and leadership skills.
