About the Role:
As an ICU Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Manage ventilator support, intubation, central line insertion, arterial line placement, and other critical procedures.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans accordingly.
- Lead and supervise ICU medical officers, nurses, and support staff.
- Coordinate with other specialists for multidisciplinary patient management.
- Ensure adherence to infection control and critical care protocols.
