About the Role:
Join Kanishk Surgical and Super Speciality Hospital as an ICU Team Leader in Dehradun, Uttarakhand.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead ICU nursing & support team during shifts.
- Supervise critical care patient management.
- Ensure ventilator, infusion & monitoring devices are correctly used.
- Coordinate with consultants, doctors & allied staff.
- Train & mentor junior nurses & new ICU staff.
- Maintain accurate ICU documentation & patient records.
- Implement infection control, safety & hospital protocols.
- Handle emergency situations & Code Blue calls efficiently.
- Support quality audits & patient care improvement initiatives.
- Communicate effectively with patients’ families regarding care plans.
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- 2 to 5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Proficiency in documentation, critical care management, and team coordination.
