What You'll Be Doing:
- Provide immediate and advanced nursing care to patients in the emergency department.
- Triage incoming patients based on severity and urgency of medical conditions.
- Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and perform emergency procedures.
- Assist doctors during emergency interventions, resuscitations, and minor procedures.
- Operate and maintain emergency medical equipment, including monitors and ventilators.
- Supervise and guide junior nurses and emergency support staff.
- Maintain accurate patient records, incident reports, and emergency documentation.
