About the Role:
Join our dedicated team as a Sr. Staff Nurse in the ICU at Chandan Hospital, providing top-tier nursing care to critically ill patients.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Provide advanced nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
- Monitor and assess patient vital signs, hemodynamics, and clinical status continuously.
- Administer medications, IV fluids, and specialized ICU treatments safely.
- Operate and troubleshoot ICU equipment such as ventilators, infusion pumps, and monitors.
- Coordinate with doctors, intensivists, and multidisciplinary teams for patient care planning.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, charts, and ICU documentation.
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- A degree in BSC Nursing with 5 to 10 years of work experience.
- Skills in Patient Care, Communication, Decision Making, and Self-motivation.
