About the Role:
Join our dedicated team as a Sr. Resident in General Medicine where you will provide comprehensive medical care to both outpatient and inpatient department patients.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Diagnose, treat, and monitor patients with medical illnesses.
- Handle medical emergencies and stabilize critical patients.
- Supervise junior residents, interns, and nursing staff.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and discharge summaries.
- Participate in ward rounds, audits, and academic activities.
- Ensure compliance with hospital protocols & NABH standards.
- Counsel patients and families regarding diagnosis & treatment plans.
- Engage in research, CMEs & quality improvement initiatives.
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- A DNB qualification.
- 0 to 5 years of work experience.
- Strong decision-making, teaching, and communication skills.
- Self-motivation and dedication to patient care.
