What You'll Be Doing:
- Diagnose and treat orthopedic conditions, injuries, and deformities.
- Perform orthopedic surgeries within your expertise.
- Manage trauma and emergency orthopedic cases.
- Conduct OPD consultations and IPD rounds.
- Plan and monitor pre-operative and post-operative care.
- Prescribe medications, physiotherapy, and rehabilitation plans.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
- Ensure patient safety and quality standards.
- Participate in clinical audits, CMEs, and quality initiatives.
- Guide junior doctors, residents, and interns if applicable.
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- MS degree specializing in Orthopedics.
- 0 to 5 years of work experience in a similar role.
- Strong communication skills and decision-making abilities.
