What You'll Be Doing:
- Provide critical care consultations for ICU patients.
- Supervise and guide residents, nurses, and ICU staff during patient care.
- Manage ventilators, inotropes, dialysis, and advanced life-support systems.
- Respond to medical emergencies and Code Blue situations.
- Conduct daily ICU rounds and treatment planning.
- Coordinate with consultants, surgeons, and allied departments.
- Maintain accurate ICU documentation and patient records.
- Counsel patient families regarding prognosis and treatment plans.
- Ensure adherence to ICU protocols, safety standards, and hospital policies.
- Participate in clinical audits, teaching, and research activities.
