About the Role:
Join Ankura Hospital for Women & Children as a Pediatric Intensivist, where your expertise will play a crucial role in managing critically ill pediatric patients in the PICU.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Leading pediatric critical care teams, including residents, nurses, and allied staff.
- Monitoring and managing ventilators, hemodynamics, and organ support systems.
- Responding to pediatric emergencies and performing resuscitation as needed.
- Implementing PICU protocols, infection control measures, and patient safety initiatives.
- Counseling families on treatment plans and critical care decisions.
- Maintaining accurate documentation and PICU records.
- Participating in clinical rounds, audits, research, and teaching activities.
- Coordinating with other departments for multidisciplinary care.
