About the Role:

What You'll Be Doing:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients requiring reconstructive, aesthetic, or microsurgical procedures.
- Perform surgeries for trauma, burns, congenital anomalies, cosmetic enhancements, and post-oncologic reconstruction.
- Develop individualized surgical and non-surgical treatment plans.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including dermatologists, ENT, maxillofacial, and orthopedic surgeons.
- Monitor post-operative recovery, manage complications, and optimize patient outcomes.
- Provide patient counseling on surgical options, risks, benefits, and realistic expectations.

- DNB qualification in Plastic Surgery
- 1 to 5 years of experience
- Strong communication and decision-making skills
