About the Role: Join our dynamic team as a Consultant in Emergency Medicine, where you will play a vital role in patient care during critical situations.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Provide immediate assessment, diagnosis, and management of patients presenting with medical, surgical, trauma, and cardiac emergencies.
- Ensure rapid stabilization and resuscitation of critically ill patients using evidence-based emergency care protocols.
- Supervise and participate in advanced life support procedures (ACLS, BLS, ATLS) and emergency interventions.
- Coordinate transfer of patients to ICU, OT, or other departments, ensuring safe handover and continuity of care.
- Handle mass casualty situations and disaster emergencies as per hospital disaster management protocols.
- Liaise with specialists across departments for timely consultations.
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- Strong communication skills, leadership experience, and proven crisis management abilities.
- A valid registration with the Medical Council of India or respective State Medical Council.
