About the Role:
Join Kanishk Surgical and Super Speciality Hospital as a Consultant Neurosurgeon to provide expert neurological and neurosurgical care.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Diagnose and treat both outpatient and inpatient patients with neurological and neurosurgical conditions.
- Perform various neurosurgical procedures related to brain and spine disorders.
- Manage cases involving head injuries, brain tumors, spinal trauma, and degenerative spine issues.
- Handle neurosurgical emergencies and fulfill on-call duties effectively.
- Conduct pre-operative assessments and ensure informed consent.
- Provide post-operative care while monitoring patient recovery.
- Interpret CT scans, MRI, and other neuroimaging studies.
- Collaborate with neurologists, anesthetists, and ICU teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Develop tailored treatment and rehabilitation plans for patients.
- Maintain accurate medical records and surgical documentation.
- Adhere to hospital protocols, ethical standards, and safety guidelines.
- Participate in clinical audits, CME programs, and research activities.
