About the Role:

What You'll Be Doing:
- Manage critically ill pediatric patients in the PICU.
- Provide advanced life support, ventilation, and hemodynamic management.
- Lead emergency resuscitation and stabilization of pediatric patients.
- Coordinate care with pediatric subspecialists, surgeons, and anesthetists.
- Supervise junior doctors, residents, and PICU nursing staff.
- Ensure adherence to clinical protocols, infection control, and patient safety standards.
- Communicate effectively with families regarding patient condition and prognosis.
- Participate in clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives.
