Your Core Responsibilities:
- Provide ENT patient care under consultant supervision in OPD, IPD, and OT.
- Assist in preoperative, operative, and postoperative management.
- Participate in ward rounds and maintain progress notes.
- Perform routine ENT procedures under supervision.
- Ensure patient safety and follow ENT protocols.
- Participate in academic discussions, case presentations, and CMEs.
- Supervise interns and coordinate with nursing staff.
- Handle on-call duties and emergency ENT cases efficiently.
