Your Core Responsibilities:
- Oversee routine and specialized biochemical tests in the laboratory.
- Validate test reports and ensure accuracy of laboratory results.
- Monitor quality control and participate in internal/external quality assurance.
- Supervise lab technicians and ensure proper workflow.
- Troubleshoot instrument or test-related issues.
- Interpret biochemical findings for clinicians when required.
- Ensure compliance with NABL and laboratory safety standards.
- Maintain documentation, logs, and reagent inventory.
