About the Role:

What You'll Be Doing:
- Assist physicians in OPD, IPD, ICU, and emergency settings.
- Take patient history, record vitals, and perform preliminary clinical assessments.
- Support doctors during examinations, procedures, and minor interventions.
- Prepare and maintain medical records, case sheets, and documentation.
- Coordinate diagnostic tests and follow up on reports.
- Counsel patients and families regarding treatment plans and care instructions.
- Monitor patient progress and report changes to the treating physician.
- Assist in ward rounds, discharge planning, and follow-up care.
