Your Core Responsibilities: - Diagnose and manage disorders of the urinary tract and male reproductive system. - Perform elective and emergency urological surgeries, including endoscopic, laparoscopic, and open procedures. - Conduct preoperative assessments, develop surgical plans, and provide postoperative care. - Manage conditions such as kidney stones, urinary tract infections, prostate disorders, cancers, and incontinence. - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including nephrologists, oncologists, and radiologists for comprehensive patient care. - Counsel patients on treatment options, surgical procedures, and lifestyle modifications. - Supervise and mentor junior doctors, residents, and allied healthcare staff in the urology department. - Maintain accurate medical and surgical records in compliance with hospital protocols. - Ensure adherence to patient safety, infection control, and quality standards.
