About the Role: As a Neurosurgeon at Padmini Care Hospital, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing and treating disorders of the brain, spine, and nervous system, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.
What You'll Be Doing: - Diagnose and treat disorders of the brain, spine, and nervous system. - Perform complex neurosurgical procedures including tumor removal, trauma surgeries, and spinal operations. - Evaluate patients through physical exams, neurological assessments, and diagnostic imaging. - Develop comprehensive treatment and surgical plans based on patient condition. - Collaborate with neurologists, anesthesiologists, and critical care teams for coordinated care. - Monitor patients pre- and post-operatively, ensuring optimal recovery and complication management. - Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in compliance with hospital protocols. - Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions, conferences, and reviews. - Provide counseling to patients and families regarding risks, outcomes, and long-term care.
