About the Role: As an Orthopedic Surgeon at Padmini Care Hospital, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing and treating musculoskeletal conditions, ensuring the highest standards of patient care.
What You'll Be Doing: - Diagnose and treat musculoskeletal conditions, including bones, joints, ligaments, and muscles. - Perform surgical procedures such as fracture repairs, joint replacements, and arthroscopies. - Conduct preoperative and postoperative patient assessments and follow-ups. - Develop individualized treatment plans combining surgical and non-surgical methods. - Collaborate with physiotherapists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals for patient care. - Manage trauma and emergency orthopedic cases promptly and effectively. - Maintain accurate medical records, surgical notes, and patient progress reports. - Educate patients and families on preventive care, rehabilitation, and lifestyle modifications. - Ensure compliance with hospital protocols, safety standards, and surgical best practices.
