How You'll Contribute: - Diagnose and treat diseases and disorders of the eyes and visual system. - Perform comprehensive eye examinations, review medical histories, and interpret diagnostic tests. - Conduct surgical procedures such as cataract surgery, glaucoma surgery, and corrective eye surgeries. - Prescribe medications, corrective lenses, and treatment plans for various eye conditions. - Manage chronic eye diseases including glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, and macular degeneration. - Provide pre-operative and post-operative care to surgical patients. - Collaborate with optometrists, technicians, and other healthcare professionals for coordinated care. - Educate patients on eye health, preventive measures, and long-term management. - Maintain accurate medical records and adhere to clinical and regulatory standards.
