About the Role: As a Senior Resident in Ophthalmology, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive patient care and enhancing the learning environment for interns and students.
What You'll Be Doing: - Provide comprehensive patient care in Ophthalmology under supervision of senior faculty. - Manage outpatient, inpatient, and emergency eye cases efficiently. - Assist in performing eye surgeries, diagnostic procedures, and postoperative management. - Participate in ward rounds, case discussions, and departmental academic meetings. - Guide and teach interns and undergraduate students during clinical postings. - Maintain accurate patient records, surgical notes, and departmental documentation. - Participate in research projects and present findings at conferences or seminars. - Attend academic sessions, workshops, and CMEs to enhance professional knowledge. - Ensure adherence to institutional policies, patient safety, and ethical medical practices.
