About the Role: As a Senior Resident in Psychiatry, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive psychiatric care under the guidance of senior faculty.
What You'll Be Doing: - Provide psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and management of patients under supervision of senior faculty. - Participate in outpatient, inpatient, and emergency psychiatric care services. - Assist in psychiatric procedures, therapy sessions, and counseling as needed. - Teach and guide undergraduate and postgraduate students during clinical postings. - Conduct ward rounds, case discussions, and departmental academic meetings. - Participate in departmental seminars, workshops, and continuous medical education (CME) programs. - Engage in research projects, audits, and contribute to publications in Psychiatry. - Maintain accurate patient records, case notes, and departmental documentation.
