About the Role: As a Senior Resident in General Surgery, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive patient care in various surgical settings.
What You'll Be Doing: - Provide patient care in outpatient, inpatient, and emergency surgical settings under supervision. - Assist in preoperative evaluation, surgical procedures, and postoperative management. - Participate in ward rounds, case discussions, and departmental academic meetings. - Guide and teach undergraduate and postgraduate students during clinical postings. - Assist in performing minor and major surgical procedures under faculty supervision. - Maintain accurate patient records, surgical notes, and departmental documentation. - Participate in research projects, audits, and publications in General Surgery. - Attend academic sessions, workshops, and continuous medical education (CME) programs.
