About the Role: As a Senior Resident in General Medicine, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive patient care and contributing to the academic environment of our institution.
What You'll Be Doing: - Provide patient care in outpatient, inpatient, and emergency settings under supervision of senior faculty. - Diagnose, manage, and treat medical cases, including acute and chronic illnesses. - Assist in teaching and guiding undergraduate and postgraduate students during clinical postings. - Participate in ward rounds, case discussions, and departmental academic meetings. - Assist in procedures such as central line insertion, lumbar puncture, and other bedside interventions. - Maintain accurate patient records, case notes, and departmental documentation. - Participate in departmental research projects, audits, and publications. - Attend academic sessions, workshops, and continuous medical education (CME) programs.
