About the Role: As a Senior Resident in Pharmacology, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of medical education and research.
What You'll Be Doing: - Teach and train undergraduate and postgraduate medical students in Pharmacology through lectures and practical sessions. - Supervise laboratory exercises, drug demonstrations, and experimental pharmacology sessions. - Guide and mentor Junior Residents, interns, and students in academic and research activities. - Assist in curriculum development, preparation of teaching materials, and academic assessments. - Conduct and participate in departmental seminars, workshops, and journal clubs. - Undertake research projects, clinical pharmacology studies, and contribute to publications. - Maintain accurate departmental records, teaching logs, and laboratory documentation. - Ensure compliance with institutional, ethical, and regulatory guidelines.
