About the Role: As a Senior Resident in Anesthesia, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the safety and comfort of patients undergoing surgical procedures.
What You'll Be Doing: - Effectively interface with patients, technicians, nursing staff, and service users. - Demonstrate effective application of technical and professional knowledge. - Ensure pre, intra, and post-operative care of all cases in the unit. - Be available for emergency calls in the ICU. - Supervise nursing, para-medical, and non-medical staff to maintain high standards. - Actively participate in CME, journal clubs, and conferences. - Coordinate on matters relating to infrastructure provision and maintenance support. - Facilitate teaching and training programs for ICU staff. - Ensure optimum utilization of resources by yourself and subordinates. - Adhere to company policies and practices, maintaining grooming and punctuality. - Have complete orientation of QMS and EMS systems of the hospital. - Be aware of the Disaster Management Programme (DMP) of the hospital. - Comply with service quality processes, environmental and occupational issues, and patient safety policies.
