Make a Difference in Patient Care: As a Senior Resident in Respiratory Medicine, you will play a crucial role in providing quality clinical care to surgical patients and ensuring timely interventions for their needs.
How You'll Contribute: - Provide quality clinical care to surgical patients. - Ensure timely attention and intervention for any queries from IP surgical patients. - Practice evidence-based medicine and maintain awareness regarding patient investigations and treatment plans. - Ensure emergency preparedness and response for treatments and procedures. - Conduct empathetic surgical IP rounds and comply with patient protocols across various departments. - Document patient files, prescriptions, and requisitions accurately and legibly. - Ensure proper documentation at the time of discharge and workup of all IP patients for Internal Medicine. - Assist surgical consultants in O.T. procedures and ensure the availability of technical equipment. - Maintain orientation of QMS and EMS systems of the hospital and comply with service quality processes.
