Make a Difference in Patient Care: As a Senior Resident in Pulmonology, you will play a crucial role in providing quality clinical care to surgical patients and ensuring their timely attention and intervention.
How You'll Contribute: - Provide quality clinical care to surgical patients. - Ensure timely attention and intervention for any queries or requirements from IP surgical patients. - Practice evidence-based medicine and maintain awareness regarding patient investigations and treatment plans. - Ensure emergency preparedness and response for treatments, procedures, and investigations. - Conduct empathetic surgical IP rounds and comply with patient protocols across various departments. - Document patient files, prescriptions, and requisitions accurately and legibly. - Ensure documentation is completed at the time of discharge. - Workup all IP patients for Internal Medicine and ensure proper consent preparation. - Maintain adequate care for all part-up cases and ensure timely availability of technical equipment for Internal Medicine. - Assist surgical consultants in O.T. procedures and adhere to hospital quality management systems. - Comply with patient safety policies and ensure ethical medical practices are followed.
