Make a Difference in Patient Care: As a Senior Resident / Attending Consultant in Emergency Medicine, you will play a crucial role in managing emergency cases and ensuring the highest standards of patient care.
How You'll Contribute: - Handle all types of emergency cases coming to the emergency room. - Document all findings and maintain clinical records of all cases seen by the EMO. - Perform emergency procedures as required. - Provide medical coverage to patients during transportation in road/air ambulance. - Address medical queries from patients or their attendants as needed. - Offer medical coverage for significant events as required by Max Health Care. - Ensure compliance with the hospital's QMS and EMS systems. - Be aware of the hospital's Disaster Management Programme (DMP). - Adhere to service quality processes, environmental and occupational policies, and patient safety policies. - Ensure safe utilization of equipment and proper waste disposal systems.
