Make a Difference in Patient Care: As a Senior Resident in Obs & Gynae, you will play a crucial role in ensuring high-quality patient care and support.
How You'll Contribute: - Ensure proper attention to patients and their attendants. - Be proactive in patient care planning and anticipation. - Provide expert consultation and manage all patients related to Obs & Gynae. - Conduct and supervise tests and procedures related to Obs & Gynae. - Generate reports on tests and procedures performed. - Ensure that wards and O.T. rooms are equipped for patient care. - Supervise nursing and para-medical staff to maintain high standards of care. - Select medical consumables and equipment for procurement. - Coordinate with the Head of Department on infrastructure and patient complaints. - Participate in regular CMEs and ensure optimum resource utilization. - Adhere to company policies and maintain a professional demeanor. - Be aware of the hospital's QMS and EMS systems and disaster management programs. - Comply with patient safety policies and ensure proper waste disposal.
