About the Role: As a Senior Resident in Pediatrics, you will play a crucial role in providing expert consultation and managing pediatric patients, ensuring high standards of care.
What You'll Be Doing: - Providing expert consultation and managing all patients related to pediatrics. - Keeping abreast with the latest research, development & techniques in pediatrics. - Conducting and supervising all tests/procedures related to pediatrics. - Generating reports on tests/procedures performed, including operation notes and discharge summaries. - Ensuring proper attention to patients and their attendants. - Supervising nursing, paramedical, and non-medical staff to maintain discipline and high standards of medical care. - Coordinating with the Head of Department on all relevant matters. - Participating in regular CMEs and ensuring compliance with service quality processes.
