About the Role: As a Senior Resident in Internal Medicine, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring adherence to hospital protocols.
What You'll Be Doing: - Conduct routine in-door patient rounds starting from 9 am daily, completing them before 11 am. - Comply with universal precautions and aseptic techniques during patient examinations and procedures. - Provide coverage for Super Specialty patients during off-hours from 6:00 pm to 8:00 am. - Follow all hospital policies and protocols, including guidelines from regulatory bodies like JCI and NABH. - Engage with family members of admitted patients to update them on clinical conditions. - Be prepared to take on additional tasks as required by the hospital.
