About the Role: As a Senior Resident in General Surgery, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive medical care to patients and supporting the surgical team.
What You'll Be Doing: - Providing medical cover, both routine and emergency, during duty hours. - Collaborating with Senior/Junior Residents, Medical Officers, PG students, and nursing staff to ensure 24-hour services. - Assisting in patient management and providing backup support to consultants. - Preparing and maintaining medical records as per hospital guidelines. - Conducting daily morning and evening rounds, ensuring appropriate patient visits. - Making entries in patient records as necessary.
